Bader Alam
Founder & Managing Partner
Bader has been an active investor across a number of consumer sectors since the mid 2000s. Prior to founding Full Frame, Bader was a senior investor with CAVU Consumer Partners where he was the firm’s first investment hire and led the Austin office until his departure. Before joining CAVU, Bader worked at three established private equity firms as well as an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Over his career, Bader has been a hands-on advisor and board participant in category-defining consumer businesses in nutrition, food / beverage, pet, apparel and multi-unit retail.
Bader also has served as a guest speaker at numerous conferences including South by Southwest, Whole Foods LEAP, Consumer Innovators Summit and Beauty X. In addition, Bader is a guest lecturer on nutrition entrepreneurship and private equity investing at The McCombs School of Business at University of Texas. Bader holds a BBA with Distinction from Emory University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Tylon Jackson

Prior to Full Frame, Tylon was a Strategy Consultant at Accenture where he worked on a variety of projects within supply chain, organizational design, and strategic transformation. Tylon received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is currently working with Full Frame in conjunction with his selection into the prestigious MBA Venture Fellows Program at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
Rob Berner
Senior Advisor
Rob has been active in the Private Equity industry for over 30 years with significant experience in the consumer sector. Currently he serves as Joint Managing Partner at Bespoke Capital Partners. Rob was a founding investor and since inception has served as Chairman of the Board of johnnie-O Inc., a premium lifestyle apparel business. The company closed a transaction with Ares and Wasatch in 2022. Rob also chaired and recently managed the successful sale of Diversified Distribution Services (DDS), the largest specialty retail distribution and services business in the United States, to Bunzl Plc. Currently Rob sits on the board of Vintage Wine Estates (NYSE: VWE). Beyond the dozens of boards Rob has served on, he has also sat on a number of non-profit boards including Squash Haven, Youth Inc., and The Kellogg Finance Network.
Rob was previously a Partner at CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity firm with approximately $100 billion of assets under management, and assisted in the opening and development of the firm’s US efforts. Prior to CVC, Rob served as a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings and was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior thereto, Rob was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee of Charterhouse International. Rob began his career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Rob has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Tracey Warner Halama joined Vital Proteins at the inception of the company in 2014 first serving as a board member, then as Chief Revenue Officer, President and ultimately as CEO. As a key leader in the organization, Tracey helped build Vital Proteins into America’s leading collagen brand and a lifestyle and wellness platform responsible for shaping and driving the Active Lifestyle Nutrition movement. During Tracey’s involvement, Vital Proteins became the #1 collagen brand in retail representing over 55% category market share resulting in the sale to Nestle Health Sciences in 2020. Tracey remained with Vital Proteins leading the acquisition earnout representing 105% revenue growth in 2021 and full integration into Nestle until 2023. Prior to Vital Proteins, Tracey spent 20 years in management in the technology industry working for Fortune 100 companies like IBM, Dell, as well as several Silicon Valley startups.
Tracey currently serves as a board member at Big Bold Health and a strategic advisor to several consumer brands including Cocokind and GoNanas. She is also an active board member for Naturally Chicago and the Greater Chicago University of Michigan Alumni Association.
Tracey graduated with a BA Cum Laude in Economics from the University of Michigan and completed post graduate work at Michigan Ross and University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Tracey also completed the CEO Program at Berkeley Haas School of Business. Tracey currently serves as a guest lecturer and entrepreneurship mentor at Michigan Ross.
